About me
Technology in the built environment is advancing faster than most organizations can act on it. That gap, between emerging capability and real organizational impact, is where I have built my career. With nearly fifteen years of experience across facility management, corporate real estate and digital transformation, I specialize in turning technological potential into measurable business value. My expertise covers AI in FM, smart building platforms, IoT, building data ecosystems and IWMS, built on years of leading complex implementations, driving strategic change and advising organizations at the highest level.
I lead professional services and consultancy at Planon for the Dutch market, steering a high-performing team while remaining closely involved in how the market evolves and where the next opportunities lie. I speak at industry events, challenge conventional thinking on AI and digital transformation in FM and CRE, and work shoulder to shoulder with customers who are serious about making that transition, not just talking about it.
What sets my approach apart is the ability to operate across the full spectrum: from strategic vision to executional discipline, from technology depth to boardroom conversation. I do not hand off complexity. I navigate it.
I hold a master’s degree in management, specializing in strategy, innovation and technology adoption.
