Tokenization: turning building data into shared building intelligence

Building data is currently owned in fragments by whoever happens to hold the system that produced it. Tokenization offers a way to make that data shareable across owners, operators and tenants without any party giving up control of it. The session looks at what becomes possible when building intelligence is a shared asset rather than a private byproduct, and at the governance questions that arrive with it.

Knowing that an asset will fail is only valuable if the organization can act on that knowledge faster than the failure arrives.
