Bring this into your own room
Keynotes, executive sessions, workshops and panels are all on the table. Share what the room needs below and the right format usually becomes clear on its own.
I speak in English and Dutch, travel internationally from a base in the Netherlands, and can work online where travel does not make sense. Sessions are usually booked two to four months ahead.
The strongest sessions use your own numbers. If you can share one real pattern from your portfolio in advance, even roughly, the room recognizes itself immediately and the conversation goes somewhere a generic case never reaches.
